Travis Grobes Returns to Great Eastern Football Association as General Counsel and Senior Advisor of Player Operations for Next Season

The Great Eastern Eastern Football Association (GEFA) is proud to announce the appointment of former Conference Director, Travis Grobes as General Counsel and Senior Advisor of Player Operations. Travis' role will be to advise Brent Melhorn in regards to player contract management and the player's side in disciplinary proceedings. With extensive expertise, he is poised to elevate the league's operational excellence and uphold the highest of standards. Grobes will also be tasked with continuing the storied tradition of inducting an annual GEFA Hall of Fame class which he did while being a member of the Hall of Fame committee.

Grobes boasts a distinguished twenty-plus year career in football, significantly impacting the Great Eastern Football Association (GEFA) as a player, coach, owner, and conference director. In 2006, Travis Grobes won the league's first Offensive Player of the Year award as a player, as a coach he was the Offensive Coordinator of the Back Mountain Mayhem who won the Keystone Bowl in 2010. During the 'COVID Years,' he played a key role in helping President James Simerson keep a very in doubt season alive. In 2017, Travis Grobes was inducted into the GEFA Hall of Fame as a member of the Susquehanna Valley Stallions where he both played and coach for until 2009.

Travis Grobes' appointment marks a significant impact for the GEFA, ensuring that the league continues to thrive under his seasoned leadership and commitment to excellence.
